Deco started in Japan. The true definition is decorative change. Its the decoration of items such as phones, keychains, iPods, Nintendo DS, card cases etc. I live in Brooklyn, NY and have not seen any Deco around. I am unsure if there are many others in the states creating Deco, so I won't say I am the first. I will say, it is lots of fun, and I very much enjoy enhancing anything and everything I can. Though I have been doing Deco seriously for only about 3 years, my skills are getting better with each item I do. Please take a look and tell me what you think, ne? I LOVE FASHION!
